About

Hi. My name is Mike Rugnetta. I’m a writer, host and producer of digital series – mostly that means YouTube videos and podcasts.

My interests are in media, technology, contemporary politics and the distribution of power reflected in, and resulting from, those things.

I am a longtime tabletop role player. By training I am a composer of music, and programmer of computers. My first career was as a sound designer for theater, and a/v systems designer for performance art. I once fixed Claire Danes’ computer.

If you’d like to drop me a line and say hi, my email address is the bottom left hand corner down there near the social links (or up in the burger menu if you’re on mobile). For professional inquiries, please email George Ruiz.
